Loyalty program · Live across all locations
Four tiers, one earn rule, no fine print
Program rules live here rather than buried in settings, because the people who change them are the people who answer for them. Every edit previews on the member card before it ships.
Points issued (12 mo)
Across 2,757 active clients.
Redemption rate
Above the 24% industry median for spa loyalty.
Average balance
Roughly one facial away from a redemption.
Breakage
Expired unredeemed. We keep this low on purpose.

Earn rules
How points accrue
Applies to service revenue only — retail and gratuity are excluded.
At 1.0 points per dollar, a $1,000 visit earns 1,000 points — about 17% of a Signature Facial redemption.
Shorter windows raise urgency and breakage. Eighteen months matches the natural treatment cycle without feeling punitive.
Birthday bonus
2,500 points in the client's birth month.
Anniversary bonus
1,000 points per year of membership, on the join date.
Member card
Live preview — this is the client-facing artifact.

Why these rules
Spend-based tiers, not visit counts
Visit counts reward cheap frequency. Spend rewards the client who actually funds the clinic.
Multipliers instead of discounts
A 2× multiplier costs less than 10% off and never trains a client to wait for a sale.
One earn rule everywhere
Every location, every treatment, one rate. Complexity is where loyalty programs die.
